The responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise warehouse employees;
  • Plan the necessary workforce on a daily basis and assign employees to their workstations;
  • Ensure that merchandise is handled properly, scanned, weighed, validated and identified,
  • Check the arrival time of the trailers and check the loading dock doors for each trailer;
  • Optimize the loading & offloading of trailers;
  • Forklift duties when required
  • Ensure deadlines are met;
  • Validate and produce an operation report every day;
  • Ensure the routing of all shipments in the different terminals;
  • Other related tasks.



Working conditions:

  • Schedule:
  • Tuesday to Saturday
  • 11:30 pm to 8:00 am
  • Permanent position
  • Salary: $40,000 / year 
  • Salary revision after 1 year





Job Requirements

Job requirements:

  • 1 year of relevant experience in personnel supervision
  • 2 years of warehouse experience 
  • Leadership
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office & ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Experience in a transportation cross dock an asset
  • Forklift Licence required
