Job Description

The main function of the Administrative Support - Rate is to offer a supportive link between sales, customer service and the rates department


  • Efficiently interact with different departments in  order to solve rate-related problems within the company
  • Complete tasks in relation to pricing, as requested by a supervisor.
  •  Prepare rate proposals for customers
  • Manage the general email inbox for the rates dept (rateinquiries)


Complementary responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and emails in order to give customers a spot quote;
  • Weekly assistance to billing by auditing pros before they go through invoicing;
  • Offer support to the sales dept by clarifying customer requests.
  • Other rate-related tasks.

Job Requirements

  • College or University degree
  • Bilingual (French / English) *mandatory*
  • Good MS Office / Excel knowledge
  • Exemplary Customer service skills
  • Transportation experience *an asset*
  • Demonstrate good judgement
  • Excellent communication skills
