Dicom Transportation Group is hiring! 
We are looking to hire a motivated & self driven Inside Sales Representative to work at our Mississauga location.

Shift:
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm

Main Responsibilities

  • Prospect to generate new business opportunities from both existing client base and new customers in assigned territory in collaboration with outside sales representative
  • Retain current customer base by providing creative solutions that respond to customer needs
  • Analyze customer needs/requirements and propose solutions
  • Track and report on business opportunities and sales performance using Salesforce
  • Conduct research to understand target prospects, changing market conditions, and competition
  • Work with operations to ensure available capacity and ability to meet customer demands
  • Maintain strong relationships internally with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate account opening, rate implementation, IT requirements and operational needs with various departments


Working Conditions


  • 95% of time in the office at your desk and phone work.
  • 5% of time on the road visiting clients.

Job Requirements


  • Previous experience in sales is an asset (preferably in the transportation industry)
  • Results oriented with a sense of urgency; motivated by success
  • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and personal commitment to exceeding commitments
  • Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Excellent time management and sense of priorities
  • bilingual (English, French)  is an asset
  • Bachelor Degree an asset
